Kristen Ferrante, DDS General Dentist
Dr. Kristen Ferrante was born and raised in Texas. After high school, she attended The University of Texas at Austin, where she began her journey to dentistry by acquiring her Bachelor of Science degree in Cell and Molecular Biology. She also volunteered in Honduras as a member of Global Dental Brigades, a student-led movement for global health. From there, she was accepted into The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio to study dentistry. During her time in dental school, she was involved with research projects and was a member of The American Student Dental Association, The Hispanic Student Dental Association, and The American Association of Women in Dentistry. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Equilibration Society. She has always strived to be the best advocate for her patients and to provide the best care possible to everyone who walks in the door. She firmly believes that a healthy mouth and a healthy body go hand in hand.
Outside of her work, Dr. Ferrante enjoys traveling, dancing, running, hiking, rollerblading, and spending time with her boyfriend, friends, and family.
